Messiness. Mosaic believes there is undeveloped beauty within the messiness of change, challenge and choice … and, that when effectively harnessed and channeled, can unleash untold power and promise. Therefore, Mosaic uses a formalized, organic process of experiential learning to intentionally capture, assess, use and retain knowledge.
